Sunderland And Middlesbrough To Show Their Support For Mental Health Charity

Sunderland and Middlesbrough to show their support for mental health charity

Ahead of this Saturday's Championship clash, Sunderland and Middlesbrough players will wear specially designed shirts to raise awareness for a local mental health charity.

The shirts will feature the logo of the charity, Mind, and the players will also be wearing black armbands in memory of those who have lost their lives to suicide.

Mind is a charity that provides advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. The charity also campaigns to improve services and raise awareness of mental health issues.

Sunderland and Middlesbrough are two of the biggest clubs in the North East of England and their support for Mind will help to raise awareness of the charity's work.

The match will be played at the Stadium of Light on Saturday, August 6th. Kick-off is at 3pm.

Tickets for the match are available from the Sunderland and Middlesbrough websites.

Mind is a fantastic charity that does vital work in our communities. I'm delighted that Sunderland and Middlesbrough are supporting Mind and I hope that the match will help to raise awareness of the charity's work.

If you are experiencing a mental health problem, please don't hesitate to reach out for help. Mind provides a wealth of information on their website, including a list of local support services.

You can also call the Mind helpline on 0300 123 3393.

Together, we can make a difference.
